Wonderful Shop! First time going and I am going to be a customer for life!

My dog is a 3yrs. old Shih tzu and has always went to another retail groomer. He has ALWAYS had behavioral issues at the Groomer since I got him at 13wks. old. He is a bit aggressive with his feet and face being groomed. The retail groomer I went to decided they could no longer take my dog after nearly 3yrs of grooming him (the person who normally groomed him no longer worked there and the other employees couldn't handle his behavioral issues) So, in desperation to find a good groomer who could handle my dogs special needs I found this shop to be the only one in Anderson to take him if he had to be sedated to handle the groom. Needless to say, the sedation pills didn't work as they should on my dog. They made him a little droopy but he was still awake. Animal Inn took him anyhow and decided to try their best. TURNED OUT GREAT! My dog didn't have ANY issues with the groomer (besides snapping at her once when trying to put the muzzle on him) but he did wonderful! She got his body, face and feet done! I am SO happy! They were also so much cheaper than the previous groomer I went to! I am more than satisfied! I am so happy someone finally took their time to pay attention to my dog and give him the TLC he needed to get groomed vs. the other groomers who were just trying to get him done and sent home! THANK YOU SO MUCH ANIMAL INN! You've won yourself a customer for life! :))
