Anderson Walk-In Medical Clinic

Very happy with our experience here! The receptionists wee very friendly. We loved the assistant, Sara M. She was super friendly and professional...She made us feel very comfortable. Our P.A. was excellent too. We were happy with the service we received and will definitely use them again if needed.

i have had to go to this clinic a couple times and each time it has taken hours for me to be seen by a doctor and recently my mother who has strep throat went to this clinic to get a prescription for antibiotics and it was two and a half hours before she was taken to a room to wait another half an hour when hardly anyone was in the waiting room. It really just seems like the staff doesn't care at all how long they make their patients wait

I called and emailed the admin Chyenne. Still no response to either and it has been 6 days. I finally got a phone call from someone at this office and she was zero help. Good to know my employee file is in storage and they are not willing to get it and "they don't know where to find it". I will never recommend anyone to go to anderson walk in clinic

i took my son in to see the doctor who was good but the medical staff does not follow thru with what the doctor is telling the patients. I was told that i would get a phone call with an appointment for an mri for my son that evening and recieved no call so when i called them I was told that the staff would try to get to it :( kids in pain and they are dragging thier feet.Called md imaging who said they had openings but it is on the walk in to call which they never did. Wouldn"t take a dog there unless it had a runny nose then would think twice!!!
