I have never had such unprofessional, mediocre service from a company. I'm not really sure why we paid them, because they never seemed to actually do anything.
They won't take credit/debit cards for monthly dues, only checks. However, the dues invoices and receipts were always months late, and then they had the gall to blame the residents for not getting payments in on time.
We would ask for small maintenance requests, like cleaning the gutters. Weeks would go by, and nothing would get done.
Finally, we informed them that we would be using another management company, and thanked them for their work. We gave 30+ days notice so the paperwork and accounts had plenty of time to switch over. In retaliation, they terminated our 4 weeks early, leaving us scrambling to find maintenance workers and snow removal crews.
