I went to Natalies to get a brizillian wax, and a few other services! First I started my day with getting my hair done. I had a incredible hairdresser Heather was her name, and I still use her to this day. Then I got a brizillian done by who i guess was the owner considering her name was Natalie. When we went into her little room, it was filthy by the way... looked as if she never changed her sheets.... I just got a extremely uncomfortable feeling, as if I was wasting her time. I kind of felt judged, and like she was looking down on me for some reason. There was no conversation at all.... Most places I have gone to they try and make you feel comfortabe considering what they are working on.... I dont know.. just all and all I felt really relieved to be leaving this place. I will never go back, unless its to see my hairdresser, And I will sure be making a B line to her door! If your hoping for your SPA experience, go somewhere thats a little bigger, and nicer. You will be wasting your time, and hard earned money for a poor service and unpleasent experiance. Not to mention unsanitary, and filthy!
