Okay, so my two star is not for the entire business. It is for the front staff who are not very helpful and are quick to tell you that they have over 60 lines and multilple doctors as if that's your problem. They have a poor system of screening calls for the doctor. It doesnt matter if you tell them you want to talk to either the doctor or the doctor's nurse about your office visit, they ask if you want to make an appointment. I understand that screening calls for the busy doctors is very important and also understand that medical advice is not free. However, I just wanted to talk to the nurse/doc about my lab work because I did not hear from them in two weeks. And of course I get transfered to the triage nurses line. What? Its too bad for the nice doctors there. I have several doctors that I really like and they get five (*****) stars! They are the only reason I go back. Customer service sucks! They got too big for their own good.
