I went in to look at vehicles. My husband received a call a few days later asking about his experience with Toyota. No call asking me ... the future owner of the vehicle ... how my experience was. We waited twice the amount of time we were quoted on my vehicle ... with no explanation from anyone at Kendall. After I picked up my vehicle, the service department called me to make an appointment for some work, of course, the account was in my husband's name ... not mine ... I guess the moral of the story is ... If you are a woman, you can't handle anything on your own at Kendall. Better find a man to handle the tricky car world at Kendall.
