I went here to get 3 teeth capped but they told me I needed to have my wisdom teeth out before they do it. So I scheduled for the extraction... It's a week wait no problem there but when I get to their office the day of the surgery they tell me they forgot to give me a prescription for anxiety which would have been great. The couple nights prior I didn't sleep at all. But then they tried to frame it like I took off work and couldn't get more time off but in hindsight I think that was a ploy....they booked me for a 4 hour chunk of time and didn't want/couldn't fill that time short notice... Which in fact wasn't even the case surgery was on my day off. so I got a call a few days after the extraction from health centered dentistrys customer service representative asking about the surgery. I was still in a lot of pain and a little upset about my experience there so I told her "I paid the same amount of money anyone else would but didn't get the same treatment therefore i think I'm untitled to some compensation" . She calls back a day later and basically says it won't happen again then asks if there was anything else she could do for me?!?! I said again some kinda compensation or refund. 2 days go by she tells me they will give me 5% discount the next treatment if I pay in full/cash...which is what they give everyone if you pay in full.
Rant I know but the lesson here is this place will try to get you to do thousands of dollars of work you don't even want, they may or may not give you the best service available to them, then when they don't own up to their own mistakes they hide behind p*** poor customer service reps saying it won't happen again and reminding you of the 5%off.
I would never recommend this place.
