Used Discount Mechanical in January for this leak, they came out, told us the problem was an overflow valve, tightened it, left and we paid. House was vacant the next couple months as its a rental property and when we had tenants in June who reported the same leak again. Discount came out and assessed, didnt fix it, then began calling us for payment. I have asked repetitively why I am being billed for the same problem they didnt fix the first time and the answer I am given is "its been over 6 months". Today I asked to speak to the owner, he refused to speak to me and instead had his employee tell me if I didnt pay today they were going to send it to collections - however i have yet to receive an invoice at all, they have false information in my file saying they came out and did a follow up after the January service and the problem was fixed, when they did not and it was not, and they are now changing me twice for a problem they have never fixed...and sending to collections apparently.
