WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I currently have an auto loan with Credit Union One. I called due to an error on this loan. Insurance was purchased on my behalf even when we had it fully insured. I spoke with Lynn (who stated she was the manager at the Abbott location & the head of that department) she had her own agenda, was ill informed when any question was posed to her, and kept repeatedly interrupting me. She continued to be argumentative, even calling (basically to harass) me the next day with no credible information. I cannot believe Credit Union One employs someone of this nature. Lynn's calls need to be recorded to illustrate her unprofessional manner.
