Less than impressed with this company. Driver couldn't find the place initially, needed directions after making a wrong turn enroute. This counted on my "Travel Time". Also, after leaving the yard, he asked the extent of the problem had to turn around and get more tools/equipment specific to the problem. After arrival and inspection, he sent me out for an additional fitting that he didn't have in his truck. He stressed how he was trying to save me money then come bill time; charges me travel time for the return to the shop and his missed directions. Would not recommend.
We are very sorry you had this experience with our company. We have been in business for 40 years and are always willing to listen to clients concerns and try to rectify problems immediatly. We can not control every thing that happens in the field but would have gladly tried to make you happy if you would have called in and given us the opportunity.
Not very happy with this company. Had them do a yearly maintenance, the first tech was good got charged a resonable price from which I was quoted. I left to let the tech finish, when I got home my upstairs heat didn't work, which worked before I called them. I called them to let them know that my upstairs was not working, they couldn't get me in until several days later.. The new tech called me said he was running early and he can come over. I told him I would be home in 15 minutes. I had to leave work got home within 15 minutes. He didn't show up for another 20 minutes. He then worked on my heating system, took a hose and purged water. I guess it was an air lock took 10 minutes. My complain is my heating was working before and yet he still charged me another $125. Will never use them again.
We are very sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We have been in business for 40 years and customer service is very important to us. We do our best to make our clients happy. If you would have called in to the office we might have been able to make you happy on this call. The technicians in the field are required to follow the rules they are given and do not have the option to discount, which we do in the office. Once again we apologize for your bad experience.
