They worked on my old boiler. Did as good a job as expected, but the tech should not be talking to the public. His customer service was terrible, and I guess because I was white he felt comfortable saying the most racist things I have ever heard about black people! I would never recommend them to anyone just in the off chance you get the same plumber I did.
I had a fantastic experience with Cassidy's for the first time. My emergency call was placed on a weekend, and the technician that responded was friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy! Everything you could ask for in a plumber! When I called to pay my bill the following week I found the office staff to be just as great. Will definitely call Cassidy's for any future plumbing needs, as the quality of work and reasonable rates speak for themselves.
Plumber came to house, found leak, replaced pipe joint, joint still leaked. Called and asked for a different plumber to come out since first one was unable to repair leak and was told this was not an option, only original guy could come. Was told at first we would have to pay time and a half since "repair" was finshed on a Friday and we found out later that day, after business hours pipe was still leaking.
<br>It took 3 business days to "fix" joint because plumber did not have one in his van.

We have just stumbled upon this review as we were never notified by this website that a review had been written. The customer, Mr. and Mrs. Aadland, contacted our office to schedule a service call for a leak evident in the wall below a bathroom. We arrived on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 for the scheduled appointment; found the ABS drain line from the upstairs bathroom to be cracked and leaking; advised the customer that we would need to return with the necessary parts as the service technician did not have all of the needed 2" ABS pipe and connections on his van nor did he have time in his schedule to go get the parts and return on that day. The customer was put back on the schedule Friday, March 13, 2009 in the a.m. We returned on the 13th and made the repair. We received a call late on the 13th on our after hours emergency number that the Aadlands had found something still leaking. They demanded that we send someone, other than the service technician that had made the repair, immediately to their home. They were advised that the service technician on call was the same service man that had made the repair and that an overtime charge may apply if the repair was not a warranty item. They were advised that we could reschedule with them for the following week with a different technician. They indicated they needed the repair to be made immediately and that they would not pay overtime. We again suggested the we put them on the schedule the following week and that they use one of their other three bathrooms over the weekend as the leak was only evident when they used certain fixtures in one bathroom. This was not an emergency. We never heard from them again.
It is unknown what additional services needed to be done at their home or whether there would have been any additional charges for these services. Because they were unhappy with our services; we never charged their credit card. The statement that they had to cancel their credit card payment is false as they were never billed by our company. We do warranty our work and would have repaired any issues with our work if we had been given the opportunity to do so in a reasonable time frame.
