They did a great job and very efficient. It is difficult to speak to someone on the phone. I left messages and had to keep calling them to make sure they got my message. Once I did speak to someone, they were very professional.

The guy handling my purchase and appointment was helpful and professional. He was cool about me swishing a 2 way remote start to just the one way. Definitely will be back later to upgrade to a 2 way

Reading these past reviews makes me scratch my head. Although I called and never got a call back I knew I needed to stop by and ask. Situation was I got a autopage installed back in 2011 before winter. I lost my keys snowboarding at Alyeska the following winter. Well, after putting it off I decided I needed to get my truck back up and running with auto start with the current temps.



So I went in and asked what the best approach to getting my system back up. I lost the key box that was a module for the system. The guy told me they have a new system where it c an bypass without a spare key. I was about to head to Ford to make a spare key since I only have one. Being that I need to get one eventually. With all said and done I came out to $300 which was fine with me being that if I would have went with a groupon it was going to be $260 with the place taking out my current system in place. So in the end I guess customer service is all how you take it. I have never had any problems with the autopage system and it is a great tool to have.

Ok I got a groupon and made my appointment and for my car I didn't have to pay any additional fees so I'm not sure about the other reviews but I did upgrade to a two way pager system for additional and let me tell you I have no idea how I survived Alaskan winter before! I love this thing! Anyways I thought customer service was good I waited in store so they made sure to get it done quickly. I've even recommended to my neighbor after they saw me start my car :)

Took my truck in for an auto start they were recommend by a friend. The work seems to be good and I have no issues with the install.

Their communication skills need work. Talked to a gal over the phone for about 30 min going over everything I wanted and needed due to the make and model of my truck. When I dropped it off they had nothing on file. I was in a hurry when I stopped in thinking that everything was good to go. I got a call an hour later asking about a $75 upgrade to remote lock and unlock my truck. They made it sound in the beginning that I was no longer able to remotely lock and unlock my truck with my key fob. After I had this explained that my key fob still would work I said no.

In the end they gave it to me anyways without charge to apologize for their lack of communication and organization with my appointment. The final price is about average for the auto start and install as anywhere else in Anchorage, at $450 for a two-way system. I am happy with the end result.

I bought a groupon for a remote start but I ended up upgrading for a two way and paid $200 but it was well worth it and I have to say it got me through the brutal winter w/o freezing my behind lol! Staff were very very friendly and helpful...they were extremely busy with all the groupon but they made sure my car was ready for me just in time. Highly recommend!!! Thanks guys!

I had my remote start and window tint done by these guys. The price was right and the service was very good. I just have not found both good pricing and good service at the same place too often.
