AWESOME SERVICE PR,,,

I don't think I'll ever buy a pair of shoes anywhere else,,,, they have went above and beyond in every way,,,a one stop boot/shoe shop!!! It's to bad there are so many negative people around that are impossable to please,,,,

Rude, ignorant staff and poor selection.

I went into Boot Country looking for a good pair of boots, the guy working acted like he didn't want to help me. I finaly got him to help, He knew NOTHING about the boots, I only buy a pair of boots once every few years, but even still I knew far more about boots than him. \r I kept asking questions, he could not answer even one question, so he resorted to insulting me. Rude Staff, Shoddy Work

I took in a new pair of shoes to have soles installed and was quoted one price. When I got them back they were only half done and was told that it would be nearly double the price to have the heels done.
