Salesman William Sparrow was professional and provided the help needed to make an informed purchase. The couch style desired was not in stock but he helped us navigate the Ashley website to make the final choice.

I have used Ashley Furniture in Anchorage many times and find their selection to be just what I'm looking for. I always use the same customer service person, Elaina. She is knowledgeable and very sweet and courteous. If her store doesn't have what I am looking for, then she orders it for me. She answers questions in a timely fashion. Elaina goes above and beyond for her customers. This is so rare in today's retail market. I return again and again to this store because of her and the selection offered
