DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I had their service at my residence for 13 years, I even paid extra for the bear can. I called them and closed my account when I sold my home. I was a customer of the previous collection service. I had automatic bill pay. one day they stopped picking up my garbage. I was paid up several months in advance to the company they bought it from. They wanted a 25 dollar new service fee. I ended up paying both companies for the same service at the same time. They pick up fewer bags for higher prices.
