DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I had their service at my residence for 13 years, I even paid extra for the bear can. I called them and closed my account when I sold my home. They told me to leave the can on the street curb and they would pick it up on the following scheduled pick up date. The following month I received a bill for $300.00!!!! For WHAT? There was no garbage to pick up! I figured it was for the bear can rental, so I sent a check. I was charged again 2 months after I moved for another $300.00. FOR WHAT? I left the can JUST LIKE THEY TOLD ME. So learn from my mistake. USE ANOTHER COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
I was a customer of the previous collection service. I had automatic bill pay.
one day they stopped picking up my garbage. I was paid up several months in advance
to the company they bought it from. They wanted a 25 dollar new service fee.
I ended up paying both companies for the same service at the same time.
They pick up fewer bags for higher prices.
Today is Thanks giving so I checked the notice they sent about holiday pickup.
I could not tell, because the notice did not say whether they picked up on Thanks giving or
Christmas . so we looked down the street and only noticed one house with garbage outside.
we left our garbage just inside the front door just incase they came.
by the time we heard them they were gone.
I miss the old Garbage company.
