Impressive, so far! I think our company has been using Eminent Communications Inc. for awhile, so I don't know how their pricing stacks up against the other vendors, but customer service and support have been fantastic. We just switched to a PRI and T1 Phone/Internet system and it was a hectic couple of hours, but all three vendors communicated well in converting our overall system. Eminent Communications did not have any manuals handy for their phone system, so they tried to email them to me. The manuals were too big for their email system, so the representative drove back out here just to transfer it via thumb drive and help make some changes to our system setup. They have bent over backwards to make sure we are satisfied. I also trust what they have to say, knowledgewise, which is rare for me.
Over the years Eminent Communications has instilled us with reliability of the product and company and I am comfortable knowing their company will deliver what they promise. Our office is ever-changing, therefore we rely on Eminent for fast and timely response. The manpower and labor we save on a yearly basis is insurmountable thanks to the speed and ability of their technicians. Last year we relocated our offices and they were able to move our equipment with virtually no downtime. They even handled the move of our phone and data services. Now that’s what we call good service.
Seamless Integration and Good Follow up Services I'm a believer in researching the heck out of phone systems; it was a major decision/purchase for our family-owned business (25 employees.) I had two constituencies to satisfy with the phone system and Eminent helped me understand which system would work best for both groups, and for future expansion. They patiently answered all questions, but the best thing of all was the seamless integration and the follow up services. Through power outages, phone outages, data service outages, Eminent was - and is - there for us always!
