I used Mail order business. Bruce was the person who I dealt with. I explained my needs and the fact that I had to have two pairs of skates delivered by a date 2 weeks in advance. After some time, I did not receive the skates. My order was somehow forgotten. Then he sent me substitutes that I really did not order (Reidells instead of Jacksons). One of the pairs arrived the last possible date and had a manufacturing error. I immediately returned the skates. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then, I have not received my refund. He also never sent me a proper bill. He did, however, charge my credit card. He is still telling me stories about how the refund might have been delayed. The moral of my story is DON"T TRUST USASKATES FOR WEB TRANSACTIONS.

Very friendly! With so many rink pro shops gone (rinks closing or rink pro shops change hands and decrease figure skating inventory) this this shop consistently is availavble to figure skaters.

Experienced sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
