        Dont ever come here!!!

        Worst service imaginable! All I can say is don't ever come to this Pep Boys unless you want to receive horrible service and leave with a broken car.



        I came here a couple of times and received bad service every time and unfortunately I tried to come once again for what I thought was a simple repair. After I talked to a service consultant over the phone my wife stopped by to get our tires replaced on our Lexus. After she waited all day for the car, the service rep finally called my wife and told her to come get the car. Turns out they tried to put a 17" tire on an 18" rim and broke the sensor in the tire. My wife was upset and took the car and left.



        They did offer to replace the sensor but after I spent 2 weeks calling almost every day they finally got the sensor in. I took in the car on a Sunday at 11:30am and they told me the car would be ready in 1 hour. I went home and waited until 3pm then called back. They said the car was not ready yet so I waited until 5:30 and without any call back from them I decided to go down there to get the car. They said they tried to call me at 3:30 but of course I had no missed calls and no voice mail. Then they said the car was not fixed and I had to bring it back. Whatever.



        I went to the car and found that the floor mats were dirty with grease so I went back in to talk to the manager. The manager was even ruder then the service reps and he started to claim that I broke the sensor in the tire and not their mechanic. Of course I was very angry at that point so I demanded that they clean my floor mat, which they did, and I'm still waiting for the sensor to be fixed.



        I am dreading going back again to finish their repairs and hope nothing else gets broken. Don't ever come here!!!!
