Eric is friendly, shows up on time, and completed outside faucet handles that were leaking on home. Another time, he replaced the main water faucet and fixed the leaking. I would recommend him and use him again. In addition, the firs time I compared his pricing, and it was about 25% less than two other quotes for the same work.

My toilet kept running after each flush, therefore I called Drain Masters Plumbing since they seemed favorable in Anaheim. Mr. Eric picked up and responded very quickly to my Anaheim condo. He arrived as if hurried, then walked into my bathroom and walked right out exclaiming I needed a brand new toilet and quoted his installment/labor fee will be $150 (if I purchased the new toilet myself) or if he purchased the toilet his fees would total $400. I still was not exactly clear what made my toilet run continuously and contacted a second plumber immediately after. The second plumber come over, thoroughly looked at my toilet, and diagnosed it was a floater issue and replaced it with a newer state-of-the-art floater system. Within minutes my toilet flushed well again, almost brand new, which the total cost of service ran approximately $35 (saving me the extra $115 or $365 quoted by Drain Masters Plumbing).
