    Cabinet Wholesalers was great from the show room, to the completion of the job. They did my bathroom cabinets and they look awsome. Look no further, This is who you should go to if you need some new cabinets!

    What a joke, I am 5 months in to this…

    What a joke, I am 5 months in to this cabinet saga and at least 3 months left to go. Cabinets were several weeks late, install took way longer than quoted, installers are consistently several hours late, the "touch up crew" has been here six times to fix warped doors. The job is still not done and they just threatened to lein my house if I didn't pay out the last payment before... read more completion and address remaining issues by warranty. Top that all off with the fact that they backed into my wife's car and denied it. Can't say enough about these guys.

    Every person that walks into my house…

    Every person that walks into my house and sees my cabinets is blown away. Its like they're jealous, and that makes me smile. As for the company, the product is truly a reflection of the company: Outstanding in every way. 5 Stars.

    I was at first a little overwhelmed by all of the choices for cabinets, granite, etc., but they were very patient and walked me through everything. They gave me a list of references to call. Everything came together wonderfully. Very thrilled with the result. Absolutely wonderful.

    I had been looking for cabinets for a while and came across these guys on the internet. There were some complaints about customer service, but nobody seemed to complain about the product, so I decided to check it out. I am so happy I did. They immediately put me at ease when they gave me a giant list of past customers I could call as a reference. All of whom, were very helpful.... read more Additionally, you get the sense that everyone who works for them truly enjoy the people they work with. They're like a family. One of the most personable staffs I've ever encountered. Every single one of my calls was returned within 24 hours. The cabinets look like they were crafted for the greek gods themselves. I actually enjoyed doing business with this company.

    Great product LOUSY Customer Service. They lied about subcontractors, time frame to finish the job, BBB rating, predated the contract to avoid 3 day rescind, said job would take 2 weeks and it took almost 2 months. We were without a sink for 2 weeks and it took them 2 months to get all the hardware on our cabinets so that we could actually open the doors and use the shelves. They don't... read more return calls and after complaining in writing, promised to refund a small amount of money and did not follow through. They will not return calls. I have complained to the BBB. We shall see what happens. If you choose to do business, get EVERYTHING in writing and be prepared to jump through hoops and to do a lot of waiting.

    Terrible customer service

    We have experienced nothing but difficulty with this company. They promised delivery of cabinets but when they arrived, they couldn't be installed because they were the wrong size. We did finally get the correct size cabinets after waiting a week and the cabinets were correct but the shelves were the wrong size and drawers were missing. We back to the showroom and they said they would take care of it. We waited another... read more week and heard nothing so then we contacted them again only to find out that the order had never been given to the warehouse! We contacted the warehouse and they had to backorder. We got a call that they got part of the order but not the entire thing....after all this time (6 weeks) and we still don't have complete functionality of the cabinets. To add insult to injury, they have now told us they are charging an "additional" delivery charge when the rest of the order comes in. We are fighting this additional charge because we refuse to pay for a mistake that was on their end. To date, we still don't have resolution on this or our drawers.
