        Welcome to Fleming Physical Therapy Consultants (FPTC). Our Mission is to “Provide Patient Centered Physical Therapy Services that are of the Highest Quality Possible”. We provide physical therapy services for a variety of diagnoses including musculoskeletal disorders, balance and dizziness disorders, work injury prevention and rehabilitation. We are a clinical physical therapy practice that ‘specializes in helping you feel better’, as such you can expect direct attention of your physical therapist as we focus on your problem. We don’t just put you on machines and forget about you.

        Overall

        My accident was horrible and caused my muscles to atrophy and lose a ton of mobility in return. I was so unhappy but Fleming brought me back to life!
