General Info
In September of 2002 Don McGee resigned his position as a located pulpit minister and began a new work called Crown and Sickle Ministries. Looking back, he feels God orchestrated events in the course of his life and ministry so that, at the time of His choosing, and after 14 years of congregational work, he was led to found a ministry that has Bible prophecy at its core. Most churches hear very little Bible prophecy, and there is a reason for this. Preachers simply cannot spend a lot of time expounding prophetic texts for their congregations because they simply have too many broad-based needs. Because of this CSM offers to churches and other groups an opportunity to hear a series of intense messages dealing solely with the prophetic portion of God's word and its implications. Being centered on the prophetic word, the name comes from Revelation 14: 14 where Jesus is seen preparing to pour out His wrath upon a world that has rejected His grace and mercy. This is the critical message for today, both for unbelievers and for those who are professing Christians. The Holy Spirit often uses prophetic messages in powerful ways to bring conviction to the hearts of those who have yet to respond to Jesus' invitation. In like manner He can also use such messages to reawaken the sensibilities of Christians whose love of our Lord's appearing has grown somewhat cool.
