The customer service here continues to be exemplary. I switched Easter cards in packages for my two children by mistake, and Eric opened my packages allowing me to put the right card in each package. He did it on deadline, without any fuss, sealed them properly and still had the packages out in time. This is just standard business procedure for these people. It happens time and time again. Ask him how we shipped pizza logs to my son in Sacramento, Calif., and how they arrived safely and ready to heat and eat. Someone should do a case study with them on how to provide great customer service.
