I have recently been shopping the insurance market for replacement of my homeowners & vehicle insurance . I have been considering talking with one of the Agents at The WilliamsBoyce agency as I had been hearing very favorable things about one of the oldest insurance companies in Amarillo, but recently (2/6/09) I had the occasion to be in a local eatery, and came upon three females wearing WilliamsBoyce Insurance Logo on their shirts, I took this to mean they were employed by WilliamsBoyce. Too make a long story short these three employees were having a high old time drinking Margaritas & being quite verbal. Mind you I am no prude and do not begrudge a person their relaxation but not on their lunch hour and having obvious disregard & disrespect for their employer. If WilliamsBoyce condons this sort of behavior from its employees I will certainly be taking my insurance needs else where.

Perhaps a review of company policy is order now , before too many more Amarilloians have the opportunity to witness this total disregard of the employees toward their employer.
