        This Budget Rental charged me ...

        This Budget Rental charged me staff and owner were rude and unprofessional.

        I became ill and had to return a car at a sister site and they charged me over $800 for 4 days instead of the $121 I was quoted. Both sites being owned by the same person I found this to be rather excessive.
