For Taco Bell beef fast food there are timess of the day where it's not fast. The overall Staffing at this Taco Bell is minimal I understand management needs to make sure employee cost versus food cost does balance out but when you're waiting 20 minutes for your food it can get ridiculous and yes that is at selected times of the day. Now the Taco Bell app which is very good because you can save money is a must, but it does not save time as your order will not be made until you arrive and not what the mobile app is used for you place the order it hits the screen the order should be made. The staff friendly I am a very well-known regular at the store I love most of the employees well everyone that I have interacted with and have never had a problem. The biggest part is having to wait.
I have not eaten Churches in years. Decided to try their chicken strips again. Ordered the 5 piece and biscuit which is reasonably priced. 1st trip I had to wait a bit because they don't give you food that has been sitting there long. I went back today thinking it was a fluke and a different manager did the same thing! and threw in a small coke while I was waiting. Super fresh, tastes waaaay better than the KFC a few doors down. Biscuit tasted like it came straight out the oven. So impressed for fast food.
Love everything about chick fil a except the drive up and parking situation. My suggestion is to run your drive up line through the outside half of the parking lot. This will make room for more cars in the line which will help to keep them out of the street and it will allow dine in customers to park in the inside half of the lot, closer to the door. No one wants to park there because if the drive up line runs through there then they can't get out. Hope this helps!!
