Wow. I had to exchange something I bought online. I was dreading going into the store, so I put it off about a week and a half. To my surprise, the transaction was handled very well. The girl at customer service was so nice. She had kind of a super hero hairstyle, with a blonde streak in front. She was so nice to me. On top of that, she actually knew what she was doing. I'm telling you, the art of customer service is a dying one. Many of my friends will just eat the cost of a purchase rather than going in to deal with some horrible person at the customer service counter. I've been talking up my Best Buy customer service experience to everyone I know. Maybe they should offer to customer service training to the other businesses in town. I could suggest a list. *grins* Because of this experience, Best Buy will be my first shopping choice. They're doing it right, and I appreciate it so very much.
