Roland's Precision Machine

First off why would you answer to text messages and cell numbers sounds like the person before me on their review was trying to get away with a back door job. That shop has been plagued with customers trying to get over on the shop and former employees who were trying to get over on the owner. Guess what there is a new shop partner who does not put up with nonsense. No nonsense from from any angle and only high quality work being done. The changes have recently happened and a whole new croud of people are there creating a huge difference for the better of the community and surrounding areas!

Okay so I took my truck into Roland Precision Machine Shop located at 705 S. Hardie Street, Alvin 77511 Phone number 832-385-2352 because a bolt broke off. They were suppose to remove the bolt and put the valve cover back on. Well I got a text message on Tuesday telling me it was going to be an additional $80.00 because "the drivers side was also leaking" Granted the driver side was brand new. Of course I refused to pay it because they did not call me prior for approval. When I got my truck back it was jerking any time it shifts and dying out. When my husband looked at it he found out that they didn't put 2 vacuum lines on, the engine ground, pcv valve wasn't put on and the support for the wires to keep them from melting was left off. This is just a few of the items they didn't do. When I tried to contact them he just ignores me. PLEASE do not take your vehicles to this place if you want the job done correctly. Just a heads up.
