The NP was supper but the billing is really awful. I had my woman yearly exam I was going to pay my deductible that day. I was told would be no charge then I get a bill in the mail. When asked about it was told by the billing, the doctor discussed other issues. So went back for a biopsy and then NP told me there would be no charge also because she couldn't get it done. So i pay the first copay that day. Then i get another bill. So contacted them again was told again further option was discussed and they had resubmitted to insurance and I would get a updated bill. I never got another noticed till I got a letter from a collection agency. Mind you each time I called was willing to pay. So now after both times of saying I didnt owe anything my bill is $178. I guess lesson learn don't talk about anything else in that doctor office on a visit unless you want to get charged for talking. Again NP was the only good thing there, billing and communication there was not good at all.

I really like Dr. Viyouh. I was nervous when moving from Kansas to Oklahoma thinking that I wouldn't find a doctor I loved as much as I loved my OB I had used since--forever. I was also hesitant about using a male doctor. But the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional. Dr. Viyouh's nurse is funny yet professional. The doctor was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, yet had a sense of humor. He made me feel comfortable and took a lot of time discussing my history (it was my first visit) and any concerns that I may have. We talked about my options for care and he administered what WE decided was best. Every time I call for any reason, they are incredibly good at returning my call promptly. They are always friendly and willing to help. I think I'm comfortable enough to say that my health is in good hands.
