Scott has always been very good with helping us with our car problems and such. His prices are fair and he and his staff do a great job. He will tell you what you need to know about your vehicle and what it needs. Sometimes it isn't what you want to hear, but cars need maintenance and repairs when they are older. - that's the way it is! We wish they'd run perfectly forever, but they don't! We brought our car to Fleet Solutions to have the air conditioning looked at. They charged us $100 to "look" at the system and tell us it would cost $1,500 to fix. They also clamped off the heating system in the process. When we called them back to get the heating system fixed (when we didn't ask them to clamp it off in the first place) thier response was "I'll have to charge you another $100. I don't do work for free." When we picked the car up after recieving the $1,500 estimate they were shocked we weren't going to have it fixed and then had the audacity to offer us $1,000 for the car.



We took the car to another mechanic who charged us nothing to look at the car and said the air conditioning could be fixed for $300.



Rip-off! Do NOT trust these guys!
