        I took my grandchildren to the...

        I took my grandchildren to the Altamonte Springs, FL store to buy toys tonight. My granddaughter wanted a ball and bounced it a couple times to try it out. The woman in the electronics department which is directly across from the toys said in a very snotty voice "don't bounce the ball in the store." Her tone annoyed me so much that I just grabbed the kids and left. I did purchase the toys but the woman's attitude really bothered me. The children are 10 and 12 and they were not unsupervised or running around - I was right there with them. When people feel the need to be so nasty I get upset and it takes hours for me to let it go. I suppose it is unfair to judge the whole store by her attitude but II will not go back to that store because of her.

        Staff is friendly and helpful ...

        Staff is friendly and helpful and sale prices are good. Love that starbuck is in the store and there food is good too.Store is clean

        Target is always more expensiv...

        Target is always more expensive than Walmart but better quality. Store could use some "customer service training" for employees
