Country Walk at Altamonte Springs Condos

I currently live here and it has been nothing less than a nightmare. I moved in last November and since then they have not fixed anything that was suppose to be fixed before I moved in. And right now they are saying i didnt pay my rent when they are the ones who lost my money order (which i still have the paystub from) and theyre saying i have 3 days to pay rent plus late fees or to move out. the front office personals are rude and will talk down to you like youre nothing. The maintenance does not fix anything. The neighborhood is unkept and dirty. The neighbors are loud. There is potholes all through out the complex. There is a pest problem. There was a rat that died behind my stove. They maintenance man came out and left the rat there for a week. I ended up having to remove it myself after it had already started to decompose. This place is a disgusting nightmare.
