Xian can be depended on every time to provide a beautiful, upscale dining experience with literally the best and most flavorful Chinese cuisine in town. We have eaten there at least twice a month for the past two years and have never received a meal that was short of excellent. The mango chicken and Tien-Tsin beef are particularly good; the vegetables are so fresh and crispy they taste as if they were literally just picked. The restaurant itself is lovely, complete with a beautiful mural of the Stone Soldiers. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful; if you take one sip out of your water glass they rush instantly to refill it. I think the prices are quite reasonable; our regualr entrees are between $12 and $14. Unlike the salty and greasy food served at most Chinese restaurants, Xian's cuisine is obviously geared toward a more refined palate. Excellent...every time.

I agree that this restaurant is beatiful, food is just ordinary.... but the waiter is outstanding to chase after their tips! I forgot to left a waiter tip and they actual chase out to the parking lot a tell me that I have forgot ""something"". I agree with other reader that their food is just OK, all about packaging. Any other side down chinese retaurant is better than them.

If you frequently patron Panda Express, then maybe this isn't for you. But if you appreciate a culinary treat every time you dine definitely head for Xian. It is chinese food raised to a whole new level with consistency in excellence. The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is special. Yes, the prices are higher than average, but the cuisine is most certainly worth it. If you want fried greasy orange chicken, don't bother.

We actually wanted to have Sushi but accidently walk in to this chinese restaurant. no to be rude to the restaurant, we decided to stay and try. Our dinner end up to be a disaster, both food and service are the worst I ever seen. I give this restaurant a THUMBS DOWN!
