Had the best experience and the worst experience all in the same day. Incredible customer service on the first half of my experience, to be followed up with 2 of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. They actually tried to talk me into thinking I had never been there with my child and that I must have called the wrong number earlier. Obviously they thought this because the person who helped me and went out of her way for my request was actually very sweet and empathetic to my situation - unlike the latter two.
