Northside Urgent Care did an excellent job taking care of my daughter yesterday. Dr. Sabom and Katrina handled her with great care and a gentle bedside manner that worked very well with a 4 year old and her first experience with stitches! The front desk was excellent with prompt paperwork and service, answering all questions and putting me at ease. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone in the Johns Creek Area.

We live in the area and have used this clinic several times. Doctors are great but some of the female nurses are nothing short of mean with really poor attitudes. Act like they dislike patients or maybe just some patients anyway, dislike their job and the entire world, and are so inconvenienced to help. Can't believe docs know about these women and continue to pay them. Feel certain I'm not the first to voice my concerns on this yet Yelp only offers 3 positive reviews? Front desk staff range from helpful to cold and indifferent (great treatment when you're sick).
Last time my adult daughter went alone, signed in, took nurse at front desk 45 minutes to call her to fill out the paperwork. They usually give paperwork at sign-in, but this nurse didn't. She did not offer to get my daughter back in a waiting room sooner, even though it was a 45 minute mistake on their part. She left and went to another local urgent care center up the road and was seen in 10 minutes by the doctor!
Wish I could positively recommend them based on the docs, but won't until they take action on their staff who make patients feel worse with their poor attitudes. A meaningful patient review form regarding staff should be attached to the bill of each patient walking out the door or disappointed patients will walk out and never return.
They were awesome! I broke my ankle and they were very patient, kind and efficient. I would definitely go there again and refer them to my friends and family.
