Honda Carland Service Center

Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have grown accustomed to subpar customer service in our day to day consuming. Buuuuuut, because of service advisors like Andrew at Honda Carland, I am reminded that good customer service is not completely extinct!!!
It always gives me a bit of hope when a person actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support. Thank you Mr. Prucha for being there, helping, and providing outstanding customer service every time I have any issues or problems with my vehicle.
I strongly recommend anyone who desires excellent customer service and an excellent service advisor, to bring their vehicle here and ask for Andrew!

After buying a used car from Import Auto Brokers and it needing a new engine less than 60 days later. Carland Service Center came to the rescue! Fisher is the BEST! He actually found out the root of the problem, then went the extra step and showed me the problems and explain them in terms I could understand them in. In addition, he did not go straight to the most expensive fix, which you have no idea how much I appreciate that since I had just bought and really did not have the money for the repairs. When I met him I told him I just needed him to be an honest guy, and that he was! I am extremely grateful that he helped this VERY BROKE Solider out! I just want you to know do not lose him because I might have to follow him where every he goes! Therefore, this brings me to an EXCELLENT score for the repair! The customer service level of Kristen is off the charts!!! She even came in on her day off when my other car broke down to get me set up with a loaner car. I am extremely grateful for her going above and beyond the call of duty and always keeping me informed! I am a recruiter and would gladly put her to work at any of my clients due to her diligent and EXCELLENT customer service! I honestly feel she deserves a promotion!
