My dog had a little bit of a traumatic experience. I’ll probably not take her there again. She went for a nail clipping and they clipped one of her nails short and she bled everywhere. My dog is a little high energy so she was giving a fight about it. The place it’s not that sanitary too me. There a bunch of dogs on one room and a cat walking around. I would rather take her to Petco we’re I know she’s comfortable and safe in an individual room securely tied up.

Overall

This is the fourth time I will be taking my dog to this groomer. That in itself says how satisfied we are. Not only are they excellent groomers but are very courteous, friendly and caring people. They are also recommended by our dog boarder and they are very fussy and particular about the standards of who they recommend.

Great service provider

We were referred to the company by a friend. Very happy to find them "easily" and have them help us out with our two big dogs. They both looked fantastic when we picked them up and look forward to visiting them again.



I expect a great service when I pay for it and that is what the provided me with. Previous review here is sad however if I am late,lost or otherwise I take the responsibility for my mistakes. IMO.

We just recently moved to the Holly Springs area & received a Welcome Neighbor gift certificate for this business.I contacted the facility to gather pricing info for my minor son's service animal and was quite happy with the pricing. The reg. rates were much lower than any groomer we have used or contacted up until now.Later on, I called back and made an appointment that was the first availability right before Christmas.Unfortunately, my grandmother was also admitted to the ICU & was diagnosed with advanced stages of Lung Cancer prior to this appointment.Our family was spending countless hours in the ICU and the morning of the appointment we overslept and missed our appointment.I contacted the groomer as soon as I woke up and explained our circumstances.I asked if she could still see fit us in and she told us yes to come on in.We got ready and proceeded to the appointment.I am not familiar with the area of Milton, and got lost en route.I stopped at a local convenient store that redirected us.I also spoke to the groomer and let her know we were en route and she stated she did not close until at least 1:00 or 1:30 PM.When we arrived at the location, I was shocked to discover that the business was closed for the day.In addition, it also stated on the store hours that they are not even open on Sunday.Despite that we had an appointment and directly spoke to the groomer.I even went to the door just to make sure that they were not waiting but the doors were locked.I returned to our vehicle and called the business and left a voice mail explaining that if I apologized for missing our appointment due to our extreme circumstances,and then got lost en route.But had I known she was going to lock the door and shut down for the day prior to our arrival I would not have proceeded.I even spoke to her en route and she stated she was still open.I very politely asked the owner to call me back during their next open business day and let me reschedule the 1st availability.I felt sincerely sorry for inconveniencing them when we missed the appointment, but I think it would not have been too much to ask for the owner to not tell me they could still fit us in and waste our time, gas and energy.My child is special needs and it takes extended efforts to get him out the door and get to a destination.I would have gladly just rescheduled if it had been too much burden for them.Unfortunately, they never even returned my call.As a potential new customer I find this highly unprofessional and rude.I don't believe this groomer needs my business or anyone else's for that matter with this type of customer service.Despite great prices, they have poor customer service and I will not beg them to take my business.I will continue to look for a new groomer.

They are the best! My dogs always smell great much longer then anywhere else I've gone. And they are always happy
