My wife and I dropped into Ashley Homestore with no intention of buying anything.We met Josh Harmond who caught us looking at Tempurpedic Mattress. Josh sold us on a perfect mattress due to his vast knowledge of the product. Then we met Alex Smith the store manager who was also very nice, The next thing you know we bought ourselves a very comfortable mattress due to the way we received and treated by these two professionals..The Alpharetta Ga. store is the best for their great service that we received.

Thrilled with our experience. Our sales person Vikki Mcelhose could not have been more accommodating, yet easy going. She made herself available and at the same time made us feel at home. We stayed for over an hour and made a few purchases. Some how, between her other customers, she knew when to be where to answer our questions. Thank you Vikki. It took us 5 years to make these choice and you made it easy.

Vikki provided us outstanding service today. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!! She and Julie were super helpful in helping us select furniture sets with our style and budget in mind. We will go back to Vikki for all of our future furniture purchases!!!

Rod Kovach was our salesman and did a fantastic job helping us find the right sectional sofa for our living room. I wanted an ottoman to match but one didn't exist. Rod searched the showroom to find an ottoman with a similar color and pattern that would go with our sectional. He found one and the sectional and ottoman look like they were a set. I love it! I have been to many furniture stores but Ashley Furniture Store in Alpharetta was the best. Everyone in the store was very nice. I must say Faye Olaiya was the best she really took care me if i was a family member, she was so nice i could not ask for a better Sales Associate. I would recommend anyone i know to Ms.Faye Olaiya. Keep up the good work.
