My boyfriend got me a ring for Valentine's Day and I needed to get it sized. While shopping with my family, I decided to drop it off here. The guy that worked here was nice, but he kept telling me to pick it up another day each time I called. He finally told me to pick it up after 830pm. So I got there right before closing. Once I got home and looked at my ring I realized that it was totally messed up! They did a terrible job and damaged the ring. :(

Don't go here!!!! One day they'll tell you a set price and when you go back it ends up being more! Never going back to this place!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop today. I went in to purchase 2 watch batteries and asked how much the cost would be and was told $15.00 each. I told the man the last time I was there it was $10.00 and he said o.k. I can do them for $10.00. I then asked for one watch band for one of the watches to be replaced which was $19.95 and he told me to return in 1/2 hour. When I returned he told me the total was $58.80 and I was blown away. He told me he had to charge me $10.00 for a pin for the band to set it straight because it did not look right. I told him I did not give him the authority to do that. After we argued for a bit he said that he would only charge me $5.00 for it instead of $10.00. WHAT! I asked what about the $10.00 each battery. "NO I said 2 for $25.00" As I handed over my credit card I told him how I feel as if he screwed me over and he explained to me how he gave me a bargain??? With that I handed over my credit card and thought to myself never again will I ever be back in this store again, and I strongly suggest you NEVER shop at this place in the mall ever!! Do I have to give them one star?

I had a horrible experience at All About Diamonds. I purchased a watch as a gift and the woman who sold it to me was very nice, but the watch stopped running 7 months after I purchased it. I returned to the store to find the same lady who sold it to me. This time she was very rude and unwilling to help. I brought the watch and the receipt which said free repairs and free battery change for the first year. She tried to charge me for putting in a battery. I pointed out that the receipt said the new battery was free of charge. She was very rude and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her. She was a totally different person from the nice woman who sold me the watch. I would not recommend buying anything from All About Diamonds.
