My husband took his company vehicle for an overnight brake service. The quality of the work was good and the vehicle was left clean, however the communication with the auto team leaves much to be desired. They never called to provide any pick-up update even though he asked to be called. We barely made it there, a few minutes before the store closed on Sunday, otherwise he would have had to wait until Monday morning to pick up his truck. Staffing concern??????
The Tech (Tech ID- 0008035 per receipt) was awesome. On time, communicated excellent and kept me informed during the entire "tune-up" process for all 5 of my appliances.
Great workmanship but too many appointment cancellations without a call to explain. This is unacceptable..
