We broke down, 100 miles from home in Allentown. it would be so easy to take advantage of us, as we were pretty stuck. The towing guy was very friendly and very courtesy. The owner was wonderful. The mechanic was exactly correct in his estimation of our vehicle. Unfortunately the transmission. We were given the offer of leaving the vehicle there until we made a decision about it, or getting it towed home (through AAA). We left it there, and spoke to our mechanic at home. He agreed with the mechanic at Sacks, but would not have time to fix it for us. We opted for Sacks to do the work. He had it completed in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the work, the professionalism and the price. We would not hesitate to use them again, or to suggest them to any of our family or friends. Thank you for turning an unpleasant situation into another lesson on the goodness of people.
Since they have opened they offered 20 different smoothies in the summer months. Boy are they good, the owners and people that work there are really nice as well. Get gas, get a carwash and a smoothie with a smile. Makes a difference these days, I think
