Their mechanic, Brian, responded to our call to AAA. The battery on our car had died. Brian attempted to charge it and it took a long time. He said he didn't want us to get stuck again and kept trying to charge it, however he determined that it was so drained, that we wouldn't make it to the mechanic.. Without hesitation, although by this time it was 7:30 PM, he offered to tow it to our mechanic and drop it off. We were so grateful, but his said, "It's part of my job!". It was so nice to deal with someone as pleasant and helpful as he was. He took ownership of the problem and did the right thing for the customer. He is a true professional. Kudos to Sacks Automotive for having such a great employee.

We broke down, 100 miles from home in Allentown. it would be so easy to take advantage of us, as we were pretty stuck. The towing guy was very friendly and very courtesy. The owner was wonderful. The mechanic was exactly correct in his estimation of our vehicle. Unfortunately the transmission. We were given the offer of leaving the vehicle there until we made a decision about it, or getting it towed home (through AAA). We left it there, and spoke to our mechanic at home. He agreed with the mechanic at Sacks, but would not have time to fix it for us. We opted for Sacks to do the work. He had it completed in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the work, the professionalism and the price. We would not hesitate to use them again, or to suggest them to any of our family or friends. Thank you for turning an unpleasant situation into another lesson on the goodness of people.

Sacks came out on a triple a call for me because I had a flat tire. After it was changed i left. After driving on it for about 10 minutes it started shaking and making horrible noises. I made it home driving only about 5-10 miles an hour. (i was approx 1-2 miles from home. I called triple a they connected me with sacks. I explained again to them was put on hold. Another man came on and got mad when I asked if I needed to explain again. He said "no I already know we aren't going to help you, screw you we are closed"!!!!!! I then called triple a again after he hung up on me. They sent a different company out when the new tow truck guy came the guy bent down and turned 3 out of 5 lugnuts with no problem by hand!!!! After putting my car up on the jack he was able to turn the other two!!!! I will never trust my safety or my 3 childrens safety on this company again!!!!!
