Motel 6

my wife and I stayed here one night on our way back to boston and everything was fine until we tried going to sleep the clerk at the desk kept going in and out of his desk entrence through a door and when he did it slammed really loud we were in a room right next to him just about well needless to say we were kept awake all night long hoe inconsiderate can a person be? well we tried talking to a manager the next morning but was not one we also tried to get a refund by phone when we got home after numerous call to corporate and the hotel at one point 3 days later a manager promised me a refund and said he was mailing it what a damn liar cause we never got it I suggest corporate hire new staff to run this horror show

The reserved room we were put into was not cleaned from the previous person that stayed there. They switched our room to another, which was clean, until my husband found crumbs in the bed in the morning (we didn't eat anything in bed). The floors look like they haven't been washed since they opened, and the hallway carpet is horrible! The only nice thing about the place was the staff was very pleasant. This is the last time we will stay there, even though it is pet friendly (which we were looking for traveling from NY to visit family) Stayed there when they first opened and it was nice. NOT anymore! And the washer and the elevator were out of service.
