        Service department is a total rip-off. As soon as you leave the lot another problem occurs. I would never deal with them again.

        I would highly recommend anyone go to Knopf Automotive if they are looking for a Mercedes. The staff members I worked with were professional, friendly and were reliable. If I called them, they always got back to me. Great group of people.
