Super Geek, All i can say is you are great. I have to admit i was kinda skeptical, I don't trust everyone with my computer but the guy that i spoke to, I think his name was jay,he was very cool and knowledgeable I brought my computer in to the shop because my hard drive crashed and they had it fixed the same day.I was surprised it got fixed that fast.They got it back up an running better than it did before.I also brought my wife's computer in for a memory upgrade and they only charged me 47$ bucks for the whole job.Well im happy their is someone in town that is honest and does good work. If i ever need any other computer work done i will call you guys first.
The deals and rates at Microapex do open eyes for those of us in this line of business. I happen to be an IT specialist who has depended on the cost effectiveness of such companies like Microapex. It keeps my bottom line near the bottom when it comes to expenditures on computer upgrades and repairs. But I must place some concern upon the constant contact between customer and supplier. I have had countless "deadline" inquiries which demanded attention and a number of them have gone without resolution with Microapex. What I would like to see is a more emphasis on keeping up with customer's requests and followups.
I have been to this location several times, i have had nothing but good experiences there prices are fair, they help you out as much as they can. Any sort of help you need they have, as far as fixing computers i have never had one fixed but i see many people going in so id assume they must be doing good then. I reccommend this place if you are looking for a part not found at best buy they also order stuff for you if needed. Bill is the name of the guy that has always helped me he is very knowledgeable.
