horrible product and even worse service. Did not stand behind the product or extended warranty
What a major cluster of messes & issues. Hidden cost & miss information. Total lack of product knowledge & procedure. Management must have been trained by Ronald McDonald cause it was a real joke! After spending 10k on furniture that was delivered wrong 3x, damaged or delayed 3 months. Nightmare and still continues with damaged warranty issues.
