I remember back in 2001 when this store opened how great customer service was. Throughout the years I've seen it spiral downward to the point that i have to go to its competitor across the street who seems have sustain that appreciation for customers. Just days ago I went back trying to revive the flame and went to the fixture area and needed assistance. Two employees at the computer, me standing in front directly being ignored for 5 minutes, I guess its more important to take a test than help the customer. Im sure they dont think that Lowes pays them,thanks to revenue customers create, oh well lets see when several thousand customers are lost, what kind of test will they be taking? I'll leave it to the imagination.
