        I received terrible service fr...

        I received terrible service from here today. One of the dessert menu items had mold in it, and I very calmly went to tell the manager and inform her of the situation. She made excuses, more or less telling me that it wasn't her fault and it wasn't the store's fault - they get them ordered in, apparently, and she'd take care of the problem.



        Her idea of taking care of the problem was dumping the tray of moldy desserts in the trash. My meal wasn't comped, and I paid full price for moldy food. Go figure. She made no offer to apologize, no effort to make me a satisfied customer. This is one place I will never go back to.
