Great Service!!



My husband purchased a bike online for me as a Mother's Day gift. He put the bike together, but couldn't adjust the brakes. I called two bicycle stores, Jack's in Dearborn and Roll Models in Allen Park. The person I spoke to at Jack's was very brusque, mildly insulting and seemed put out that we did not purchase the bike from his establishment and told me that they would need to keep the bike for a minimum of 24 hours to adjust the brakes. Needless to say, I called Roll Models and the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was very, very friendly and told me that they could make the adjustment while I waited. I took the bike in on the same day, they adjusted the brakes and found some other unsafe things on the bike that needed adjusting and tightening. They also replaced the inner tube on the rear tire, that would not hold air. Tyler was the gentleman that assisted me, he was very friendly and took the time to make sure that I would be safe while riding my new bike. While I was there, there was a mother that brought her daughters bike in for a flat tire. They figured out the problem while she waited and replaced the tire, in less than 15 minutes.



I rarely do reviews, but this establishment was outstanding in their customer service. This will be the place that my family will purchase from in the not so distance future and will trust to make sure that we are safe while riding our bikes.
