We love the deli because the staff if so friendly and we never have to wait in line to get our lunchmeat.
I won't be going there for a while.
* They never ever have enough cashiers
* Their self serve checkouts are terrible - they say things are on the belt that aren't supposed to be even though you rang it up and you can see it on the screen - the coupon scanner is the worst - getting someone to help you if god forbid you need help is a 3 minute wait (yes, I have timed it).
* They have terrible customer service - I took my son and got him one of those tv carts, it was great for him, not for me. You have to have a regular cart to take out of the store, and although I knew that I was hoping that someone would grab one for me - no such luck - 2 people ignored me and one just stared at me.
